RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Does competitive benchmarking
- Executes testings on product/ service based on identified test script and methodology
- Submits test results conducted on products and services
- Escalates gaps for resolution
- Submits regional solution tracker
- Manages and maintains very good relations with area pointpersons
- Influences internal and external partners within his area to make customer centricity as one of the focal points of the business
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With strong background in field research and consumer insight
- Analytical, innovative, systematic and organized
- Solid logical thinking/ reasoning/ problem solving and decision making skills
- Above average communication skills
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
- Highly collaborative
- Working knowledge in computer applications
- Detail and results oriented
- Can work under pressure
- Flexible and not structure-driven
- Technology savvy
- Market research/ survey skills
