RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Does competitive benchmarking
  • Executes testings on product/ service based on identified test script and methodology
  • Submits test results conducted on products and services
  • Escalates gaps for resolution
  • Submits regional solution tracker
  • Manages and maintains very good relations with area pointpersons
  • Influences internal and external partners within his area to make customer centricity as one of the focal points of the business

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • With strong background in field research and consumer insight
  • Analytical, innovative, systematic and organized
  • Solid logical thinking/ reasoning/ problem solving and decision making skills
  • Above average communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
  • Highly collaborative
  • Working knowledge in computer applications
  • Detail and results oriented
  • Can work under pressure
  • Flexible and not structure-driven
  • Technology savvy
  • Market research/ survey skills
