  • Analyzes current Go-To-Market Strategies and recommend changes where needed
  • Sets obtainable goals consistent with corporate objectives and measure perfromance
  • Performs strategic Planning and Execution: Identify and prioritize issues and goals
  • Develops strategies, action plans and budget to address issues and achieve goals
  • Aligns customer satisfaction and service programs: Align selling and service strategies to maximize customer satisfaction

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Sales Executive or equivalent
  • Preferably with 2-3 years sales and marketing experience/ account management/ customer service or related work is an advantage
  • Experience in retail branch operations preferable
  • Computer literate
  • Creative with excellent interpersonal, organizationl and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to implement and execute solutions
