RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determine and calculate service level of the team for each escalated service request
- Summarize and present actual results to the team
- Gather and prepare data on updates of Smart Money and Smart Load transactions
- Create comparative analysis and present report
- Create and execute scripts based on request. Validate output.
- Enhance/develop existing facilities/systems to improve efficiency of processing accounts
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of any 4 year Business/ Technical course
- With experience or background on programming and data analysis
- Strong analytical skills
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Applications
