RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Simulates the role of a Wireless Center Front liner
- Records all transactions
- Forecasting and liquidation of stocks
- Takes full responsibility for relevant customer complaints, queries and requests
- Processes end-to-end handling of subscribers requests
- Regular positions available
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
- Job role in Customer Service - General or equivalent
- Must have above average communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized, flexible, results oriented
- Interested and eager to work with customers
- Must be knowledgeable in MS Office applications
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
