• Conduct regular testing of system developed under eHealth/mHealth team
• Develop and maintain user base and usage of Project SHINE among healthcare practitioners in the project implementation sites
• Regularly liaise with users, key stakeholders and decision makers in the healthcare market and related organizations
• Prepare internal analyses, reports and presentations on market intelligence
• Perform other related eHealth/mHealth team support tasks

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Healthcare-related course or business degree
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in Hospital, Clinic, Health Informatics and related fields
• Proficient in use of office software and mobile apps
• Good public relations and communication skills
• Willing to do fieldwork
