RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts formal and informal organizational climate and communication assessments to validate relevant needs of clients and accounts
- Keeps abreast with best practices in employee relations and welfare and recommends practical applications of these in the account
- Designs appropriate account specific interventions based on the identified needs of the account
- Works with HR business partners and Line Leaders in developing appropriate interventions or action points to maintain high engagement and productivity of employees
- Implements communication cascades through identified channels
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor / 4 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
- With operational or consulting work experience in at least two of the following functions: in Labor Relation, Organizational Development/Change Management, Training Delivery, Employee Relations, Guidance and Counseling
- Must be adept in conducting Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and teambuilding programs and familiar with the Labor Code of the Philippines
- Must have very good facilitation, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Can interface with any level within or outside the organization
- Well-versed in various types of presentation medium
- Highly analytical and quick in making appropriate decisions
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Very flexible and adaptable
- Can work beyond normal work hours
