RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project manage training roll out for call center clients in various programs
- Conduct gaps analysis and recommend needed intervention for quality improvement
- Conduct product, skills, systems and behavioral training sessions
- Regular positions available
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field/Psychology/Behavioral Science
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in call center operations as a training practitioner
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service - General or equivalent
- Presentation skills, skill in instructional design, office productivity applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project management
