RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Project manage training roll out for call center clients in various programs
  • Conduct gaps analysis and recommend needed intervention for quality improvement
  • Conduct product, skills, systems and behavioral training sessions
  • Regular positions available

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field/Psychology/Behavioral Science
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in call center operations as a training practitioner
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service - General or equivalent
  • Presentation skills, skill in instructional design, office productivity applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project management
