- Does aftersales client calls to Smart's postpaid line subscribers
- Addresses technical concerns through basic troubleshooting or phone demonstrations
REQUIREMENTS:
- A graduate of any four year course
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in customer service is definitely an advantage but not a requirement
- Driven, results-oriented, and a fast learner
- Willing to do field work
