RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend to walk-in subscribers and respond to inquiries accurately and in timely manner
- Process end to end handling of sales
- Perform perform complex transactions with technical concerns
- Perform troubleshooting of customers' handset or equipment
- Regular positions available
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course preferably Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent. Job role in IT Support/Helpdesk or equivalent
- Experienced in Customer Service
- With selling exposure
- With good oral communication skills and Customer Service Skills
- Can work under pressure
- With sales aptitude
- Good interpersonal skills
