RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Attend to walk-in subscribers and respond to inquiries accurately and in timely manner
  • Process end to end handling of sales
  • Perform perform complex transactions with technical concerns
  • Perform troubleshooting of customers' handset or equipment
  • Regular positions available

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course preferably Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent. Job role in IT Support/Helpdesk or equivalent
  • Experienced in Customer Service
  • With selling exposure
  • With good oral communication skills and Customer Service Skills
  • Can work under pressure
  • With sales aptitude
  • Good interpersonal skills
