RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Simulates the role of a Wireless Center Front liner
  • Records all transactions
  • Gives feedback to TSM competitor-related activities
  • Ensures that daily liquidation of stocks
  • Forecasting and liquidation of stocks
  • Takes full responsibility for relevant customer complaints, queries and requests
  • Processes end-to-end handling of subscribers’ requests

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
