RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Resolve customer issues escalated via digital channels (i.e. Facebook, Twitter and other digital channels) including billing inquiries, sales opportunities, and troubleshooting
  • Perform call out as may be necessary to resolve customer issues

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • Customer Service & Call Center experience is an advantage
  • Social Media savvy
  • Adept in PC and network troubleshooting
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Office applications
  • Good in oral and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Organized, hardworking, trustworthy
