RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Performs standard back-up procedures and data housekeeping
  • Does basic troubleshooting steps and handling of escalations relative to defined thresholds
  • Monitors SMART Prepaid and Postpaid System on a daily basis
  • Responsible for back-up/restoration, report generation. and process execution
  • Coordinates with content providers

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any computer-related course
  • At least 1 year experience in UNIX
  • Knowledge in network protocols, computer system interface/environment scenarios and computer system hardware and its peripherals
  • With good oral and written communication skills
  • With good scholastic records
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
  • 10 regular positions available
