• Handles Inbound and Outbound collection transactions
• Manages subscriber complaints and initiates resolutions
• Manage subscriber inquiries and aftersales requests

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent
• Must have high numerical proficiency
• Must have good verbal communication and listening skills
• Must have excellent negotiation and decision-making skills
