RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Attend to walk-in subscribers and respond to inquiries accurately and in timely manner.
  • Process end to end handling of sales.
  • Perform complex transactions with technical concerns.
  • Perform troubleshooting of customers' handset or equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course preferably Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent. Job role in IT Support/Helpdesk or equivalent.
  • Experienced in Customer Service.
  • With selling exposure.
  • With good oral communication skills and Customer Service Skills; Can work under pressure; Sales aptitude; Good interpersonal skills
