- Attend to walk-in subscribers and respond to inquiries accurately and in timely manner.
- Process end to end handling of sales.
- Perform complex transactions with technical concerns.
- Perform troubleshooting of customers' handset or equipment.
- Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course preferably Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent. Job role in IT Support/Helpdesk or equivalent.
- Experienced in Customer Service.
- With selling exposure.
- With good oral communication skills and Customer Service Skills; Can work under pressure; Sales aptitude; Good interpersonal skills
