RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Resolve customer issues escalated via digital channels (i.e. Facebook, Twitter and other digital channels) including billing inquiries, sales opportunities, and troubleshooting
- Perform call out as may be necessary to resolve customer issues
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- Customer Service & Call Center experience is an advantage
- Social Media savvy
- Adept in PC and network troubleshooting
- Must be knowledgeable in MS Office applications
- Good in oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Organized, hardworking, trustworthy
