RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Formulates packages specific to industries and monitor success rate; to formulate incentive schemes for sales.
- Provides training to sales teams to update them on product and services.
- Assists sales team in coming up with package specific to clients and present the offering to clients if and when necessary; to help defend packages to management and business heads for approval.
- Provides technical support to sales and clients for complex sales and aftersales transactions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Customer Service and/or Sales is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Brand Management or Business Development.
- With excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
