RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the Distributor Business in terms of volume, distribution, coverage and merchandising
- Creates and implements promos which would increase penetration rate, market share and sales volume
- Acts as an over-all business consultant
- Ensures complete manning requirements which would ensure availability of products anytime and anywhere
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent
- Job role in Distributor/Channel Sales or Sales Executive/Account Manager
- With Supervisory/Managerial experience in Telco and/or FMCG handling distribution of products up to the retail level
- Above average negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- With creative selling ability
- Strong drive to push products to the market and increase sales target
- Knows how to drive (with valid driver's license)
