RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Get involved in meaningful work/projects and employee events. Be exposed to daily operations. Attend informational sessions. Participate in networking activities with other interns and other professionals.
- Opportunities are available in the following areas:
- Recruitment
- Assist in meeting the hiring requirements of the company
- Employee Relations
- Assist in the implementation of employee welfare programs like sports fest and family day
- Prepare the logistical requirements of ER programs
