RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Simulates the role of a Wireless Center Front liner
  • Records all transactions
  • Gives feedback to TSM competitor-related activities
  • Ensures that daily liquidation of stocks
  • Forecasting and liquidation of stocks
  • Takes full responsibility for relevant customer complaints, queries and requests
  • Processes end-to-end handling of subscribers requests
  • Regular positions available

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
  • Job role in Customer Service - General or equivalent
  • Must have above average communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, flexible, results oriented
  • Interested and eager to work with customers
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Office applications
