Responsibilities
- Job responsibilities include Network Monitoring, System and Network Administration, User and Helpdesk Support, Account and Vendor Management, Network Security, and other projects that may be assigned.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to configure, manage, and maintain Windows 2003 and 2008 Servers, and Cisco/Alcatel network devices such as core switches, routers, and access points.
- Knowledgeable in Windows 2003 and 2008 Active Directory and other Identity-Management Systems; Network devices such as DNS, DHCP, and IIC; Security Solutions, such as Firewalls, IPS, Proxies, and other systems.
- Experience with VoIP, Videoconferencing solutions and other Unified Collaboration and Communication (UCC).
- Ability to document, create reports and communicate well.
