Responsibilities


Requirements

• Must be a graduate of BS Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical), or BS Facility and Property Management
• Minimum of 4 years experience in facilities or estate management is required for this position
• Must be adept in computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project)
• Preferably with experience in preventive maintenance of facilities (Aircon, Genset, Utilities (water & power management)
• Knowledge in project management and AutoCAD, an advantage
• Knowledge in landscape, environmental concerns, STP & waste management, an advantage
• Must have good interpersonal relationship skills
• Must have excellent leadership skills
