•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
•At least 2 years experience in the same capacity with the same industry; with established connection and good relationship with different networks in business industries.
•Develop a specific local store marketing program that will drive sales and ensure proper implementation of marketing materials.
•Initiate and execute activities such as: Store opening plan, Leafleting, Streamers/banners/posters trade area visibility, Company tie-ups (discounts, frequency/loyalty card), Local tie-ups (for directional signs/community billboards/fiestas), Community sponsorship (streamer w/ off-site booth selling during community events.
•Reporting, research and establishment of good PR relations with internal and external clients/suppliers.
•Creates customer database through guestbook, comment card, birthday party information and develop plans to utilize such as telemarketing, direct mail.
•Regularly does telemarketing and cross-promotions with tie-ups.
•Willing to be assigned in Pampanga
