Responsibilites:
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations or HR related disciplines
- At least 7 years of working experience Human Resources specializing in Labor Relations, preferably gained from a Food Manufacturing Industry
- Strong knowledge in Philippine Labor Laws and with experience in handling CBA negotiations
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City and do field work
