Responsibilities:

Drives the consistent implementation of Nestle Quality Management System in specific product category to ensure food safety and compliance
Ensure that proper hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices are enforced.
Implement system resulting to safe and consistent product.
To help develop and ensure a quality-based behavior at all levels and in all functions through adequate training.
Acts as QA contact person for new products under the category being managed.
Continuously reviews trends and quality performance of the Product Category being managed to identify potentials for improvements.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry; or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Quality Assurance Department, preferably in a food manufacturing company.
Basic knowledge in HACCP.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Very good background in Food Safety Management System and Statistical Process Control an advantage.
Strong leadership skills.
Can provide high quality service and flexible in coming up with new ideas.
