Responsibilities:

Responsible for the efficient,safe and hygienic operation of the Filling & Packing Operation in accordance to the Nestlé Quality Standards.
Ensures that the requirements of the Nestle Quality Management System elements related to the said department are implemented effectively and consistently.
Prevent situations that could result to harm on personnel and/or the environment by seeing to it that the established safety and environmental protection guidelines are consistently adhered to and to exercise leadership necessary to make the safety and environment protection programs of the factory work

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electronics/ Electrical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years experience in Industrial/Production Operations
Must have full knowledge of process, manufacturing operations and technology
Must be knowledgeable of all production equipments and laboratory related apparatus
At least 3 years of professional background in supervising and managing people is required for this position
Full time positions available
Willing to travel and be based anywhere the company operates
