Responsibilities:

Serves as a guardian of manufacturing process and parameters in the factory
Designs process for industrialization of new products
Establishes manufacturing parameters for new and existing products
Optimizes process and operating conditions
Industrializes innovative new technologies

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree of Mechanical, Electrical/ Electronics, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
Good knowledge of Basic Food Science and Technology
Must be creative, analytical and innovative
Good knowledge in problem solving tools like DMAIC and other relevant tools
Good communication skills
Full-Time positions available
Willing to travel and be based anywhere the company operates
