Responsibilities:

Conduct work studies to establish the following parameters for budget, planning and control purposes: Line and Labor Standards/ Standard Usages and Losses/ Standard Energy requirements.
Analyze manufacturing capacity data and perform mathematical calculations to determine optimum utilization of capacity considering local and regional sales volume requirement.
Assist budget and cost accounting in the establishment of allocation keys for indirect and common charges.
Prepare recommendation and formulate plans to increase productive use of installed machine capacity and eliminate excess capacity.
Participate in long-term planning and prepare recommendation on timing of investments for machine, labor or any major capital investment

Requirements:

Graduate of B.S Industrial Engineering or any Engineering course.
Strong technical competence/Operational experience in factory environment.
Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
Must be creative and a Team-player.
Preferably with experience in Six Sigma/ Kaizen facilitation
Full-Time positions available
Willing to travel and be based anywhere the company operates
