Responsibilities:

To drive recipe and cost optimization projects of existing products.
Develops process design in the industrialization of new products in the factory.
Establish manufacturing parameters for new products.
Manage,control and serve as a gatekeeper of established manufacturing parameters.
Establish optimum operating conditions based on statistical data using the process capability tool

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
At least 3 years of related work experience in the Food Industry is required for this position
Must have good analytical and problem solving skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
Full-Time positions available
Willing to travel and be based anywhere the company operates
