Responsibilities:

Develops new products and implements industrialization of product-related innovations and renovations
To be able to lead the implementation of new product innovation and renovation at optimum cost, right quality and compliant to set regulatory requirements
To be able to lead, coordinate and implement the continuous improvements initiatives in manufacturing activities in the factory

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Familiarity in the ingredients and their properties
Good knowledge of related regulatory requirements on new products
Good knowledge in quality system, allergens, contaminants
Good organizational coordination and project management skills
Good communication skills
Full-Time positions available
Willing to travel and be based anywhere the company operates
